It's simple really:

We make your order fresh - please allow 1-2  days for this. 

Why is this? We use only fresh ingredients. We would rather you eat fresh chocolate!

We courier overnight to main centres countrywide using The Courier Guy. We will let you know the status of your order know as we go. You are most welcome to contact us at any point along the way.

Need to check if we ship to you? - Outlying areas are tricky (melting!).

If you would like us to check with our courier partner about your area, please drop us a mail at  hello@thechocolatiers.co.za

If you are sending chocolates as a gift - Please give us the first name, surname and phone number of the person the parcel is going to so that the courier can call, if for example the doorbell isn't working (load shedding!). Thank you! 

Please note that we can only send your package off once your payment has cleared. **last overnight delivery collection happens by Thursday 2pm. No deliveries over weekends. Public holidays interrupt regular delivery schedules**
